The menu is a subtle combination of flavours: Belgian on one hand –with shrimp or goat cheese croquettes served with fried parsley – and French with lamb, various kebabs, duck breast, pork shin … all cooked on the grill or on a spit. The Charolais beef steak remains the essential dish of the restaurant. As side orders, you are served baked potatoes covered with kneaded butter or a rich creamy chive sauce & a mixture of 12 different salads. Many pleasures with various first courses such as a foie gras pâté with fig marmalade & toasts as well as homemade desserts.
