Today, the manufacturing, in spite of the modernization, is still “à l’ancienne” : the grindstones always crush olives, scourtins are still use. For storage and handling we appealed to the modern techniques.

In search of true products , come to discover our manufacturing, first cold pressure in bottle of 0.5l, 1l, 2l, 3l or 5l for sale.
As well as some products selected from handicrafts product from the area : soap, tapenade, honey, jam, green and black olives, essence of lavandin, spices of Provence. Some wooden objects of olive tree and Provencal fabrics are for sale in the mill.
