Seasonal vegetables, beef stew, and fresh fish find their place on the map in the middle of fois gras, jam Green Tomatoes, eggplant Provencal, the pancake zucchini flowers from the garden, the herbs and Russian tomatoes.
Dishes to enjoy on a beautiful terrace, in the shade of a cedar several hundred years old. The Auberge also offers lunches on the grass at the water's edge, some Saturdays and Sundays, as well as its large base of the Aiguebrun (30 euros for lunch only) consisting of 8 to 10 regional products.
