AOC Cotes du Luberon
This appellation controllée was started in 1988.

This AOC produces white, rosé and red wines in the proportion 67% red, 20% rosé, 13% white.

Oil Mill
The olive tree is well adapted to a hot dry climate and is a typical feature of Mediterranean landscapes. Introduced in Provence by the Greeks around three thousand years ago, the olive is more than just a simple crop in the Luberon. During a visit to one of these oil mills, there are explanations about traditional production methods and you can discover a wide range of products based on the olive.
